Under the name AllesindeWind (“all in the wind”) I work as an early years education adviser who translates innovative insights into the reality of working with young children. Did you, for example, know that I put self-regulation and executive functions on the map in the Netherlands? I think along with you when guiding children on their journey to adulthood. I do this in a playful way that fits in the world of the young child.

AllesindeWind believes in the power of diversity. Everyone is different in different ways and that is what makes this world fascinating. Someone who is different from you should have access to the same opportunities and options. I don’t believe in an average person, or an average child. I am especially committed to children who are facing adversity in some way, who have fewer opportunities than others, who are more at risk of educational disadvantages (and advantages in other aspects of their lives).
